Keeping warm

Staying warm in winter is very important, especially for older people. More people fall ill in cold weather, and some of the illnesses, such as pneumonia and bronchitis, can be fatal.

Cold homes have a significant impact on people's health. One of the best ways of keeping yourself well during winter is to stay warm.
